We hope you all are doing well and taking care of yourselves in light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation. We are monitoring the ongoing circumstances as much as possible. We are in regular contact with the state in regards to best practices, court-ordered treatment, and behavioral health requirements moving forward. If/when we hear about any decisions that will affect your treatment with us, we will send an update.
At NWTreatment we have created a hybrid treatment model that offers groups and individual sessions via our Telehealth program and in-person drug testing for our court-ordered clients. We also have a limited number of in-person sessions we are opening up. We will be using the digital platform Zoom for our HIPAA compliant Telehealth program. If you have ever used a GoTo Meeting or another digital video conference this will be a very similar program. Feel free to follow the link provided below at your convenience to better acquaint yourself to the Zoom platform. If you do not have any experience with these formats, please feel free to reach out now to ask for assistance and we can set up a time with our Peer Support.
Please make sure to keep an eye out for any emails from @NWTreatment so you are kept up to date. We still have limited the office hours, so please reach out via phone/email before attempting to show at the office in person.
If at any point you are told by a medical professional to isolate yourself due to COVID-19, please immediately call our office and let us know. We will also need you to send in the documentation from your doctor so we can update your file ASAP.
We encourage everyone to socially isolate as much as you are able and to take all possible precautions to care for your health and the health of our community.
